Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and build personal relationships with guests.
• Hand‑craft beverages to Caribou standard operating procedures.
• Heat, prepare and serve Caribou food offerings to standard procedures.
• Take guest orders, manage cash drawer and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain the look and feel of a well‑run store with cleanliness and organization.
• Support team by fulfilling multiple roles and collaborating with leaders.
