Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and active listening.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Switches between barista, greeter, and other roles as the shift requires.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized and well-stocked, meeting operating standards for quality and safety.
• Anticipates guests' needs and acts on them before being asked.
• Makes product recommendations grounded in knowledge, not just a script.
• Recognizes when to escalate to a leader and when to self-manage.
