Job summary

Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a Program Manager for DLA Energy Financial Statement Audit responsibilities. The role requires leading remediation efforts and evaluating internal controls across the energy business processes, with global site visits as needed.

The incumbent will develop briefings and position papers for senior leadership and ensure audit readiness in a complex federal environment.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in audit sustainment and government programs.
• Knowledge of WoG and DoD accounting methods and structures.
• Experience using AI to support audit analyses and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Manager for DLA Energy Financial Statement Audit requests and responses.
• Lead evaluation of Notice of Findings for remediation of energy business processes.
• Evaluate economy and efficiency of operations and internal controls, overseeing work quality.
• Develop and evaluate informational studies, briefings and position papers for leadership.
• Plan and lead site visits worldwide to perform assessments and testing of the Internal Control Program.
