Qualifications

  • Specialized Experience: budget guidance, resource management, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Education Substitution: Ph.D. or 3 full years of grad education, with transcripts if used.
  • Combination: may use education and experience to meet the total requirement for GS-11.

Responsibilities

  • Provides operational oversight of the operating budget to stay within budget and accomplish the mission.
  • Provides input on the organization's annual budget and analyzes budget requests.
  • Develops documentation to support resource requests, unfunded requirements, and reprogramming submissions.
  • Develops new or modified work methods, organizational structures, and management processes for admin support functions.
  • Provides varied reports on special or recurring basis.
  • Assists with travel coordination, completing and processing travel orders.
  • Coordinates and consolidates travel requirements and reports.
  • Acts as Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder for the region.
