Job summary

DLA Careers seeks a Supervisory Business Systems Analyst (Audit Readiness) to lead audit readiness in the DLA Troop Support Division. You will oversee ERM, RMIC, and Fraud Management, ensuring financial statement auditability and coordinating with DoD auditors.

You will perform risk assessments, manage audit responses, and guide corrective actions to close audit findings while representing the division at internal and external meetings.

Qualifications

• 4 years of acquisition experience; incumbent must stay for 3 years and sign tenure agreement.
• Specialized experience in analyzing audit-related activities and internal control.
• Experience with ERM, RMIC, and fraud risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Division Chief of the Audit Readiness Division.
• Oversee ERM, RMIC, and Fraud Management Program execution.
• Maintain auditability of financial statements and related controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and internal reviews of business processes.
• Manage responses to Inspector General audits and implement corrective actions.
