Job summary
Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Per Diem and Part Time Registered Nurses in Pompton Plains, NJ. Compensation is $40.00 to $49.00 per hour, with shift differential based on experience. A $2,000 Sign On Bonus is offered for part-time roles.
The RN will provide resident-centered care in our onsite medical center across assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet residents' needs.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state you will practice.
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
- Minimum 6 months RN experience.
- CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with residents and families, delivering holistic care.
- Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
- Promote resident independence with care goals and education.
- Monitor residents and respond to changes in status to ensure comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with care team to provide routine nursing care.
- Maintain infection prevention, medication administration, and treatments.
- Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
- Document accurately in the EMR and participate in care conferences.
