PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greater Indiana – North Campus in Indiana is seeking an attentive Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical-surgical unit. Under the direction of Nursing leadership, you will deliver, direct, and supervise patient care using the nursing process.

The role requires current RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days; prior inpatient med-surg experience is preferred. You will participate in discharge planning, patient and family teaching, and coordination with

Qualifications

• Holds a current RN license in the state where the hospital resides, or a compact license.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; ACLS must be AHA approved within 90 days.
• Current ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide care including discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization and connect to community resources.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties (ACLS certification for Charge Nurses).
