Qualifications

• RN License in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS preferred initially, and required after 90 days of employment; ACLS required day 1 for Charge Nurses, High Obs, ICU

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise care using the nursing process on the medical-surgical unit
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization and access to community resources
• May perform Charge Nurse duties as assigned
