Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Richmond Float Pool. The Float Team provides coverage across all Richmond market sites and inpatient units including Med Surg, Telemetry, Step Down, and ICU/CCU, based on skill set.

The role features 36 hours per week with self-scheduling, full-time night shifts, and shift differentials for night and weekend work. Candidates should have an ASN or BSN, RN license, ACLS and BLS, and at least two years of RN experience in two or more

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Two or more years RN experience in at least two specialties.
• Current state RN licensure, ACLS and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide advanced treatment and care for patients with complex diagnoses.
• Evaluate and revise care plans to meet expected outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
