Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Richmond Float Pool. The RN will support multiple sites in the Richmond market, covering Behavioral Health and Med Surg units, with options for day or night shifts and a shift differential.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the care team, flexible self-scheduling, and coverage of specified hospitals. Requires at least two years of RN experience in BH or MS and active RN licensure with ACLS/BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• ACLS certification required; BLS certification required by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide advanced treatment and care to patients with complex diagnoses.
• Evaluates, updates and revises plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned outcomes.
• Administer medications in a safe manner per policies and state practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
