Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Richmond Float Pool. The float team covers multiple facilities in the Richmond market, including St. Mary’s Hospital, St.

Francis Medical Center, and others, performing med-surg and behavioral health duties across units. The role offers flexible scheduling, 36 hours per week, and night or day shifts with shift differential for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two or more years clinical RN experience required in Behavioral Health and Med Surg
• Graduate of an accredited Associate degree or Bachelor degree in Nursing
• Current state licensure as RN; ACLS & BLS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide advanced treatment and care to patients with complex diagnoses
• Evaluates, updates and revises plan of care to achieve planned outcomes
• Administer medications safely per policy and procedure
• Other duties as assigned
