Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking Registered Nurses for the Richmond Float Team who will cover multiple sites and inpatient units (Med Surg, Telemetry, ICU/CCU, ER) in the Richmond market. This full-time float position offers 36 hours weekly with self-scheduling and rotating holidays, including some night shifts with differential pay.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree and current RN license, with ACLS and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia or state of practice.
• ACLS and BLS certification required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide advanced treatment and care to patients with complex diagnoses.
• Evaluate, update and revise care plans to meet outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per policy and scope.
