Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking an RN for the Clinical Float Pool at St. Francis Medical Center. The nurse will float across departments and sites to provide compassionate patient care, coordinate nursing actions, and contribute to safe, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include an RN license in Virginia, an Associate degree in nursing, 1 year of acute care experience, and BLS. ACLS/PALS may be required by specialty, with Epic EHR experience preferred. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• 1 year of acute care RN experience required.
• Current Virginia RN license and BLS required.
• ACLS/PALS as needed based on specialty assignment.

Responsibilities
