Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers promptly while balancing multiple customers.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute register transactions and maintain accurate point-of-sale operations.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and the Carter’s loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and minimize loss.
