Qualifications

• Experience in providing friendly, helpful customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy during busy shifts.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product guidance.
• Resolve customer questions and issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to support seamless purchasing.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS and assist with checkout.
• Support floor replenishment and inventory movement as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor.
