T-ROC is hiring flexible, short-term roadshow staff to represent consumer brands inside Costco, Sams, BJ’s and other big-box retailers. You will demo products, engage shoppers, and drive sales during two-week events, with potential for ongoing assignments.

Training and tools include Vision App for timekeeping and reporting. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic retail environments, can stand for extended periods, and are able to lift 25–50 pounds as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, promotions, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and break down display kiosks inside retail locations.
• Arrange products and promotional materials to attract customers.
• Engage customers, demonstrate products, and explain key benefits.
• Log sales activity and inventory usage using mobile apps in real time.
• Follow store protocols and safety guidelines during events.
