Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide contractor network. This role offers flexible scheduling, client-driven service windows, and the opportunity to support major retailers through merchandising, resets, audits, and product stocking.

Assignments average 12–20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service in the first two weeks of each month. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to report via mobile devices, and capable of travel between locations

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports the same day work is performed.
