Job summary

SFS is growing and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers for our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, supplemental income with service windows across major retailers and brands.

Assignments typically range from 12-20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service in the first two weeks of each month. Ideal for self-motivated professionals seeking independent work and active, mobile reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to Work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
