Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide contractor network. This role offers flexible, project-based work servicing major retailers and brands across the United States.

Projects typically range from 12–20 hours per month, with windows set by clients and some locations requiring early-month service. You will review instructions, perform merchandising tasks, resets, stock, displays, and reporting using a mobile device, traveling between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, audits, or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Willing to work weekday daytime hours and travel to locations.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed
