Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in the United States is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations under supervision of the Market Sales Manager with daily guidance from the Territory Sales Lead.

The role emphasizes daily communication with store personnel, educating customers on brands, executing projects with accuracy, and maintaining high quality of work while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 35 lbs; occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Access to computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; travel to additional locations may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on features and benefits of client brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics.
• Maintain knowledge of all company policies.
• Report daily activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld devices proficiently; maintain confidentiality.
