Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser in Marcus Hook to drive store-level sales and execute brand standards. You will build rapport with store staff, educate them on product benefits, and complete merchandising tasks with accuracy under guidance from the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.

Requires a flexible schedule, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and access to a computer with email.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting of up to 35 lbs and occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute merchandising tasks, displays, and resets with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
