Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. This role reports to the Market Sales Manager, with daily communication to the Territory Sales Lead.

Responsibilities include weekly merchandising, product education for customers, and accurate completion of assigned projects to uphold brand standards. The position requires physical capability and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy following instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
