Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in San Francisco is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations under supervision of Market Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include building rapport with store teams, educating staff on brands, and executing projects and displays with accuracy. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible schedules including nights/weekends, a high school diploma, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Educate customers and staff on client brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager about activities and opportunities.
• Use handheld devices and basic computer tools to complete duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
