Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in Anchorage is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards and drive sales at client locations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily guidance from the Territory Sales Lead.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and mobility, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting of items up to 35 lbs and occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required
• Customer service or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis
• Educate customers and store personnel on brands and product lines
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy
• Maintain high quality and accuracy to meet client expectations
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities
