Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC in the United States is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will report to the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead.

This role requires building rapport with store staff, educating customers on brand features, and completing merchandising projects with accuracy. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; flexible

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must have access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport daily with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays per instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute projects to maintain account aesthetics.
• Report activities and sales opportunities to Territory Lead daily.
• Use handheld device functions accurately.
