Qualifications

• Experience handling General Liability insurance claims.
• Strong understanding of liability investigations and exposure evaluation.
• Experience with settlement negotiations and litigation coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned inventory of General Liability claims from notice to resolution.
• Investigate, evaluate bodily injury and property damage claims.
• Assess coverage, determine liability, and estimate exposure.
• Review medical records, incident reports, statements, photos, and docs.
• Maintain reserves based on exposure and likely outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and others.
• Coordinate with defense counsel on litigated claims and monitor strategy and costs.
• Identify coverage issues and escalate complex matters.
• Maintain compliant claim files and stakeholder communications.
