Job summary

BK Behavior seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team, delivering evidence-based services to children. You will implement skill-building plans and collect data during sessions in clients' homes or community settings.

The role offers part-time schedules, flexible hours, and pathways for advancement through BCBA schooling programs, with a supportive clinical team and opportunities for internship or fellowship hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and be passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
