Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring part-time BCBA/ABA therapists to work with children with Autism across the United States. You can set your schedule with flexible hours and caseloads, including options to work remotely or in client homes nationwide. A two-month training period helps you ramp up while earning income.

We support ongoing CEUs, mentoring from senior BCBAs, and a growth-focused environment with resources and a robust clinical team to back you up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new caseloads and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Develop and implement skill-building and care plans with the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
