Job summary

Circle Care Services in New Jersey provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

This role offers flexible, after-school scheduling, strong supervision, and ongoing feedback, with competitive pay and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health; support to complete your RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Interest in behavioral health and willingness to pursue RBT certification.
• Strong teamwork and openness to feedback.
• Experience working with children or in caregiving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
• Work in home, school, or clinic settings as assigned.
