Job summary

Circle Care Services in New Jersey is hiring a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

The role offers flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, competitive pay of $20–$30 per hour, opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, and support to complete your RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.
• Interest in behavioural health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• If you love working with children, or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional, you may be a good fit.
