Job summary

Acclimate ABA Therapy seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement BCBA-created plans and document progress through data collection and session notes.

The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time options, a collaborative leadership team, and opportunities for hands-on training and professional growth in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
