Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in alignment with treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze data on client behaviors during sessions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine behavior support plans.
• Support clients in learning life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Maintain BACB ethical standards and company policies.
• Stay current with required certifications and training, including annual RBT competency reviews.
