Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA services across Arizona, including Fountain Hills, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek and Scottsdale. Earn $20-$28/hour with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona
