Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA services across Arizona, including Buckeye. We offer flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle and a supportive team culture that emphasizes growth and impact.

You will deliver individualized ABA therapy, collect data, collaborate with families and a BCBA, and help children reach meaningful progress. Training is provided, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or BACB registration required/preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Experience with children preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
