Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT for an in-home case in Honolulu, Hawaii. You will perform direct therapy (97153) under a BCBA-written plan and work with a care team that includes a family care manager.

The schedule is Wed and Fri 3:00–6:00 PM, with immediate supervision and support from our BCBA team. The role emphasizes flexibility, client-centered care, and professional growth within a collaborative clinical group.

Qualifications

• Must hold RBT certification and be eligible to work in Hawaii.
• Available Wed/Fri 3:00–6:00 PM for in-home sessions in Honolulu.
• Able to deliver direct therapy and follow BCBA plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy as per the BCBA-written plan.
• BCBA assigned before start; you receive the plan and family support.
• Supervision is supportive; BCBA provides competency assessments, observation, and feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• BCBAs and clinical directors are available to support you.
