Job summary

PBS Corp. in Hawaii is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.

You’ll promote learning and independence while recording progress and sharing updates with families and the clinical team. This role offers mentorship, growth toward BCBA, flexible scheduling, and travel reimbursement for local sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
