Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Hawaii is seeking an RBT to provide in-home therapy sessions for children on the autism spectrum. The role offers billable hours, with a fixed Tue- and Thu-Fri schedule from 3:00–5:00 PM in Honolulu, and a BCBA-supervised pathway for ongoing professional growth.

Caseloads are built around your availability and eligibility for BCBA supervision is supported. The position emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care, with a pathway for advancement and a focus on client continuity

Qualifications

• Must be an active RBT in good standing.
• Availability Mon/Thu/Fri 3:00–5:00 PM for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA-written plan.
• BCBA-assigned case introduction and family support.
• Record session data and submit notes; paid for non-billable time.
• Receive ongoing supervision and feedback from the BCBA.
• Collaborate with the family care manager and interdisciplinary team.
