Step Ahead ABA is seeking an in-home RBT in Aiea, HI, to provide direct therapy under a BCBA-written plan. The role offers fixed Wed 2:00–5:00 PM sessions with ongoing BCBA supervision and support to ensure quality care for children on the autism spectrum.

You'll work with a BCBA-assigned case in Hawaii, and our placement team will outline exact days and neighborhoods during interview. This is a part-time, localized opportunity emphasizing continuity and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBTs deliver 97153 direct therapy per BCBA plan.
• RBTs are matched to cases with BCBA supervision and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy as prescribed by the BCBA.
• Your BCBA is assigned before you start and provides the plan and family support.
• Supervision is supportive with competency assessments, observation and actionable feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• BCBAs and clinical directors provide experienced support.
