Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Waianae, HI. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized intervention plans for children with autism and participate in ongoing staff training.

The role requires at least 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field or enrollment as an undergraduate student. Competitive hourly pay and career growth opportunities are offered within our provider network.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in a related field or undergraduate students in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans for children with autism
• Participate in staff training on ABA techniques and strategies
• Regularly communicate with supervisory staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect therapy session data to track progress and inform treatment decisions
• Work varied weekday and weekend shifts to accommodate clients' schedules
