Job summary

Total Care ABA in Patterson, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You’ll work in-home and in-school with children, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Flexible schedules with part-time/full-time options; benefits available for full-time staff; travel to client locations within Georgia is required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
