Job summary

Total Care ABA in Tennessee seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.

Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules and benefits for full-time staff, including health coverage, PTO, paid training, and ongoing professional development.

You will travel to clients’ homes and sites across Tennessee, collaborate with BCBA supervision, collect data, and support skill development for children with autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and BACB registration active.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately track client progress and records.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Provide services in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning.
