Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team, delivering 1-1 ABA services in home-based settings for children with ASD under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support progress. We offer paid training, flexible evening/part-time hours, and a supportive team environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 treatment under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results to BCBA.
• Engage families and interact with children and parents.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Be responsive to clients' needs and requests.
