Job summary

Actify ABA in Maryland seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join the team. The role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school, under supervision from a BCBA.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and work closely with families to ensure client progress. Flexible part-time hours (4-7pm) and opportunities for training, certification support, and career advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
