Supportive Care ABA LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings and support professional development.

Ideal candidates will have RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, a HS diploma, and a passion for helping children thrive. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, PTO and holiday pay, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.
• HS diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team for client success.
• Maintain a safe, positive therapy environment.
