Job summary

B Above is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver hands-on ABA therapy in children’s homes, schools, or community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA and continuously collect data to monitor progress and celebrate growth.

You will work with a clinical team to support communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Collaborate clinical team members.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care.
• Partnering with families to create meaningful change.
• Creating fun, structured, and engaging sessions.
