Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and BCBA teams.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for meeting hours, holiday pay, and opportunities for career growth toward BCBA. Travel to in-home sessions is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
