Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in a home-based setting. This part-time role offers a $1,000 signing bonus for new hires with an active RBT and open availability, along with paid training and flexible evening/afternoon hours.

You’ll work closely with BCBAs to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to children on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, collecting progress data, and supporting families in

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification or eligibility.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 ABA treatment under BCBA supervision in home-based settings.
• Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data and report progress to BCBA.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and BCBA/LBA.
