Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. Train under a BCBA and apply ABA-based treatment plans to promote learning and independence.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. A quarterly bonus of $500 is available for averaging 25 hours per week for the quarter, plus holiday pay and benefits for full-time

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
