Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time in-home, school, or community sessions. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and work 1:1 with children.

This role offers mentorship, growth toward BCBA, flexible scheduling, and benefits including holiday pay and a 401(k) company match, with opportunities to advance as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience with children preferred.
• High school diploma required; relevant degrees are a plus.
• Experience in childcare, education, psychology, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
