Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, and help build independence through positive reinforcement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 services with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Skills
